Ruido Studios is a hub for communications and digital strategies in South Texas. We do this by cultivating emerging communicators and organizations to shape the narrative of the Texas-Mexico border. Through our hub, members have access to learning sessions, community building, and leadership development.

We envision a Texas-Mexico border with the power to influence and transform narrative and popular culture so that people can define their own identities, culture, and history. We envision a community that achieves a new self-perception and narrative that centers the liberation and dignity of all people.
